Michael J. Hoffman
Michael Hoffman is President, Chief Executive Officer, and a director of Constar. Mr. Hoffman has been with Constar since 1995, beginning as Vice President of Operations. He became President and CEO in 2002. Previously, Mr. Hoffman was a director of Crown's Aerosol Manufacturing division from 1993 to 1995. Before that, Mr. Hoffman worked at various Crown manufacturing facilities as a Plant Superintendent and Plant Manager from 1987 to 1993. Before joining Crown, Mr. Hoffman worked at the Continental Can Company where he held other plant management positions. Mr. Hoffman attended the University of Delaware and received a B.S. in both Mathematics and Psychology.

J. Mark Borseth
J. Mark Borseth was appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer on September 23, 2009. Mr. Borseth was the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Eclipse Aviation, an aircraft manufacturer, from May 2007 through August 2009. Prior to that, from 1984 to April 2007, Mr. Borseth held a series of financial and general management positions with 3M, including Vice President, Global Business Process from 2004 to 2007, and Corporate Treasurer in 2003.

James C.T. Bolton
James C.T. Bolton, Constar's Senior Vice President for Administration and Strategic Planning, began his career with Crown Cork & Seal in 1978. He gained experience in audit, purchasing, and insurance management prior to holding several senior finance and IT management positions with Crown and Constar, including Vice President of Finance for Constar from 1996 to 2001. Mr. Bolton attended Harvard College and received a B.A. in Economics.

David J. Waksman
Mr. Waksman has been Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of our Company since July 2003. Previously, Mr. Waksman practiced corporate law at Dechert LLP from 1997 to July 2003, beginning as an associate and becoming a partner in 2000. Mr. Waksman holds a law degree and an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University, as well as a B.A. and M.A. in History from The Johns Hopkins University

Donald P. Deubel
Mr. Deubel joined the company in 2000 from Crown Cork & Seal where he was Senior Manager of Closure Engineering and Corporate Technologies. Before joining Crown, Mr. Deubel was Director of Engineering for Poly-Seal Corporation. Mr. Deubel holds a B.S. in Business Administration from The University of Toledo and a B.S. in Plastics Engineering from Ferris State University.

Daniel Ingram
Mr. Ingram joined the company in late 2006, after having worked in a variety of management positions in the packaging industry for over 25 years. Most recently, Mr. Ingram was the president of his own management recruiting and consulting firm that served the packaging, food and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to that, Mr. Ingram served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of AlgroupWheaton, a pharmaceutical and personal care/cosmetic packaging subsidiary of Alcan, Inc of Canada. His career started at Wheaton Industries in customer service, and he progressed through the ranks to various senior-level executive roles. Mr. Ingram is a graduate of Rider University with a Bachelor's in Political Science.

Jerry A. Hatfield
Mr . Hatfield has been with the company since 1998. Starting as an Operations Manager of the Kansas City plant, he became the Regional Operations Manager in 2000. Mr. Hatfield became Vice President for Operations in 2003. Before joining Constar, from1993 to 1998, he served as a Plant Manager in Arlington, TX for Crown Cork & Seal Company which has acquired Kerr Glass Company. Mr. Hatfield joined Kerr Glass Company in 1991. His career in rigid packaging industry spanning 25 year began when he joined American Can Company.

Timothy Kaiser
Timothy Kaiser joined Constar in October 2008 as Vice President, Purchasing with 17 years purchasing experience, 8 of which have been in the Packaging business. His department's responsibilities at Constar include the purchase of resin and other raw materials, energy, capital goods, MRO and services, and packaging as well managing purchasing processes and strategy. Prior to coming to Constar, Kaiser was Director Strategic Procurement at Alcan Packaging from 2001 to 2008 where his team directed purchases for the Pharmaceutical Packaging business. Kaiser also managed global teams in telecom and travel for Alcan. He was Director of Procurement for Aristech Chemical, a Mitsubishi company, from 1991 to 2001. Kaiser holds a BS degree from Iowa State University in Zoology and Chemistry and he has completed numerous professional educational courses.

Christopher P. Phelan
Christopher P. Phelan is Constar's Vice President of European Operations. He joined the company as Technical Director of Constar's European Operations in January 2004. Previously, Mr. Phelan was employed by Rexam TWP as Technical/Operations Director from October 1998 to January 2004. His prior employment includes working for Shaw Industries as Engineering Director, Operations Director and General Manager in the U.S. and European Operations. Mr. Phelan holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Sheffield University.
